Bismillah’s processing unit comprises of 2 Continuous Bleaching ranges, 3 Rotary Printing machines, and 2 Continuous Dyeing ranges. Our processing capacity is over 4 million meters per month.

Cut and Sew
We have an efficient and modern stitching facility which is spread over 18 stitching units producing specialized products ensuring a very high quality of workmanship. Bismillah’s cut to pack capacity is over 4 million meters a month.

Equipped with advanced high speed multi-needle embroidery machinery, designs can be created up to 400 x 1200 mm.

Wadding and Quilting
Bismillah has 18 single needle computerized Quilters and 2 multi-needle continuous Quitters. We can quilt more than 500,000 meters a month and produce more than 175,000 KG of wadding a month.
